Employee Experience World Tour 2018 Update

Breaking HR in Cleveland!

The headline story from March was the "fantastic" HR Breakathon, which took place in Cleveland. 4.5 hours. 250 SHRM colleagues. 25 teams. 1 Ben. The Breakathon is a signature dish from the WEEI and it was an excellent milestone for this 'live' experience. The Breakathon was also pre-approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits. We hear that this is a first for the USA!

#2 Most viewed talk on DisruptHR globally

Ok, so not #1..room for improvement, but Ben introduced the DisruptHR audience to EX in Manchester. 5 minutes. 20 slides. 15 seconds per slide. You can see the full talk below; look out for the well known UK celebrities who joined Ben to make some vital points about EX.

The format and talk were a lot of fun. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. Great experience with like-minded and progressive HR folks.

Featured Experiences

As part of the new 'Mr Employee Experience' blog series, Ben has been visiting and working with some of the UK's top EX companies.

The visits have gone very deep into EX and each company will feature in an article for Customer Experience Magazine.

River Island was first up, but you can expect a minimum of 6 companies in this series- all with very different lessons on EX.
